Uniting and mobilizing enterprises, universities and research institutes to make win-win cooperation, and giving full play to their expertise and sharing resources to promote the integration and cooperation of enterprises, colleges and Institutes, to promote the prosperity and development of the precision manufacturing technology, to promote the growth and development of the precision manufacturing technician and to promote the integration of advanced precision manufacturing technology and economic industry.
Members’ Rights and Duties
Members who undertake the research and development, the manufacturing and the marketing of the precision manufacturing technology and related fields form precision manufacturing Enterprise-College-Institute strategic alliance.
(1) On the basis of equality and mutual benefit, realize mutual compensation of advantages, openness and sharing of information and scientific research technological resources.
(2) Enhance close cooperation in the common goal of an extensive and in-depth cooperation.

(4) Taking full advantage of SCPM, as a public innovation platform, giving play to the universities and research institutes’ advantages on the academic research, integrate enterprise members’ market and capital strength, setting up the long-efficiency alliance’s cooperative mechanism, support the universities and research institutes’ research projects, and offer strong technical support and service for the industry and enterprises.
(5) Members are the service objects of the alliance, and also the master of the alliance at the same time. In order to advance prosperity and development of the precision manufacturing technology, every member of the alliance should devote his own strength.
